Stop New Taxes and Help Create Jobs and Revenue for Hawaii

The need for jobs in Hawaii has never been greater, but some lawmakers want to increase our taxes – that is not the solution. A new proposed casino in Waikiki would create long-term full-time jobs and business opportunities for the region and our state. The casino is estimated to create approximately 3,600 permanent jobs and generate more than $86 million annually in local and state revenue.

We need your help and your voice to bring jobs to Waikiki. Attend the February 13th Hearing on HB 2788. Tell your state lawmakers that you support a new casino in Waikiki.

If you need help getting started, below is a list of talking points for you to use as a guide. You can use the talking points to help craft an email to your lawmakers and personalize it with your own comments.
